Background
Founded 1995 as the Land-wide SPNV agency for Baden-Württemberg; 100 % owned by the Land Baden-Württemberg. Operates the Landesfahrzeugpool BW, one of Germany's most developed PTA-side vehicle-pool models. Acts under a transfer of the Aufgabenträgerschaft from the Land pursuant to the Gesetz über die Planung, Organisation und Gestaltung des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (ÖPNVG BW).
