Background
Nordhessischer Verkehrsverbund — the North-Hesse counterpart to RMV. Established 1995 as a public-law Zweckverband of the North-Hesse districts and the City of Kassel. Aufgabenträger for SPNV in northern Hessen; shares tender design principles with RMV and has developed its own fleet-financing model for the RegioTram and related networks.
