Background
Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar — cross-border transport association covering parts of Rhineland-Palatinate, Baden-Württemberg and Hessen. Formally set up as a GmbH, with delegated SPNV-Aufgabenträger responsibilities for parts of the Rhein-Neckar corridor, working alongside NVBW and ZÖPNV RLP Süd.
